GARLAND – Chelice Marie Steinlicht, age 46, passed away on August 14, 2017 at Ogden Regional Medical Center due to natural causes. She was born on August 24, 1970 in Ogden, Utah to Mo & Pam Steinlicht.

She graduated from Bear River High School in 1988. Throughout her life she has lived in Tremonton, Brigham City and most recently in Belmont Springs.

Chelice loved her job. She worked for Future Through Choices. Always putting others before herself. Working with people that needed a little extra care. She had a special talent of making all those around her feel loved. She loved all those she worked with and took care of as if they were part of her own family.

Chelice was crafty and enjoyed making jewelry, coloring, loved puzzles and doing anything arts & crafts. Most of all, she loved her family and playing with her grand kids.

Survivors are: her children, Trevor Steinlicht, Kira Marie-Dawn Steinlicht, Shalyn Bree-Ann Torgeson; parents, Elmer “Mo” & Pamela Steinlicht; siblings, Oscar Brandon Steinlicht, August Steinlicht; and grandsons, Keagen Steinlicht and Alexander Castaneda.

Chelice’s family would like to offer a special thanks to all those who loved her and all those whom she loved, those who helped care for her, and everyone who knew her.

There will be a visitation for friends and relatives on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 3-5 p.m. at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N. 100 E. – Tremonton, UT).

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to assist with final expenses.

Poem

written by Chelice Steinlicht

Life is too short to be anything but happy,

You have to take the good with the bad,

Love what you have… Always

Remember what you had…

Forgive and forget… and always…

Remember… that life goes on.

And let go of what you can’t change.
