Brandon Lee Purdum

Brandon Lee Purdum, age 44, passed away on May 14, 2025, at Portneuf Hospital. He was born on November 17, 1980, to Kelly and DeeLane Purdum.

Brandon lived in several places, including Malad and Idaho Falls in Idaho, as well as Layton, Utah. He attended Malad High School and later earned his GED, along with some college credits.

Throughout his career, Brandon worked in line production, food service, and various laborer roles. He took pride in his professional development, completing construction courses that included OSHA and MSHA certifications, as well as certifications for O2 and carbon monoxide safety watch and food handling. His commitment to self-improvement was evident as he pursued several classes in this area.

Above all, Brandon was a cherished friend and a loving brother and uncle, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew him.

He is survived by his father, Kelly Purdum; his brothers, Randy, David, and Kelly (Codi); along with many nieces, nephews, and other beloved family members.

Brandon is preceded in death by his mother, DeeLane Purdum, cousin, Kyle Purdum; uncle, Gerry Purdum; and grandma, Lanae Wakley. 

His memory will be cherished by all who were fortunate to have him in their lives.
