C. Paul Pulver, 73, passed away peacefully at his home in Tremonton, Utah, on June 27, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Paul was born on March 27, 1953, in Tremonton, Utah, to Charles and LaJuana Smith Pulver. He married the love of his life, Jayne Fronk, on June 8, 1979, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Logan Utah Temple. Together they built a home centered on love, faith, family, learning, and service.
Throughout his life, Paul lived in Fielding, Utah, St. Joseph, Michigan, Peoria, Illinois and ultimately to Tremonton. He graduated from Bear River High School before earning both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University. His academic excellence earned him membership in Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and in 2005 he was recognized as an Outstanding Alumnus in Mechanical Engineering at Utah State University.
Paul enjoyed a distinguished career as a mechanical engineer, working for Whirlpool in Michigan, Caterpillar Tractor in Illinois, Thiokol in Promontory, Utah, and Hill Air Force Base, where he retired in 2019. During his career he received numerous professional recognitions for his work and dedication.
His greatest joy, however, was his family. He loved spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, creating memories that will be cherished for generations. Paul also found happiness in reading biographies and histories—including military and Church history—playing the guitar, assembling model kits, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He possessed a lifelong love of learning and approached life with curiosity and quiet determination.
A devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Paul faithfully served wherever he was called. His service included a mission in the Indiana Michigan Mission, teaching Sunday School, serving as High Priests Group Leader, ward clerk, as a counselor in the bishopric, and as a temple officiator.
Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Jayne Pulver; his children, Clayton (Amanda), Bridget, Andrea (Felipe) Lee, and Justin (Kellie); nine grandchildren; his sisters, Geniel Pulver and Michelle (Guy) Ballard; and his mother-in-law, Roberta Fronk.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and LaJuana Pulver; his brother, Charlie Pulver; his sister-in-law, Margaret Pulver; and his father-in-law, Wayne Fronk.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the Riverview Ward Compassionate Service Committee for their kindness, service, and support during this time.
