Carolyn Kerr Larsen Wyatt Wade Jensen, aged 95, peacefully passed away on June 20, 2026, in Tremonton, Utah. Born on November 16, 1930, in Salt Lake City, she was the treasured daughter of William Edward (Ed) and Dorothy Kerr.
Carolyn grew up in the Tremonton area and learned the value of hard work on the farm. She loved to share stories of riding horses and learning to drive in a Model T. Carolyn was a graduate of Bear River High School. She lived in Salt Lake City, Tremonton, Brigham, and Warren, Utah.
Carolyn married Otis Larsen, together they had five amazing children- Lorraine, Bradley, Jolene, Michael and Donalyn.
After the passing of Otis, Carolyn was blessed to share her life with three other husbands, Thomas Wyatt, Lawrence Wade and Reed Jensen. All of whom proceeded her in death. Carolyn loved each of them and dedicated her life to them during their precious years together. Carolyn’s life was characterized by love and resilience.
As a proud member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served diligently in various roles including cub scouts, primary, and as Relief Society President. Her professional career was spent in dedicated service as an Administrative Assistant, retiring from ASCS - Federal Government in 1992.
Nothing meant more to Carolyn than her family. She lived for telling you Happy Birthday or singing it to you on your voice mail, she anticipated each and every new baby, shared excitement over weddings and graduations. She expressed many times in the recent years how lucky she was to have such an amazing family. A special thank you to all those who took care of her so that she could be comfortable at home.
Her legacy is carried on by her children Lorraine (Steven) Henderson, L Bradley Larsen, Jolene (Lynn) Butler, Donalyn (Tim) Bentley, 49 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, her brother Don Kerr (Paula Vee); 18 stepchildren and many step grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her husbands Otis Larsen, Thomas Wyatt, Lawrence Wade, Reed C. Jensen, her son Michael Edward Larsen and his wife Lisa, siblings Robert Kerr, Sharon Campbell, Lynn Kerr, Kathryn Lish, and grandson Corey Gilliatt.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Noon at the Tremonton 1st Ward Building (166 North Tremont St). Viewings will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 6-8 P.M., and prior to the service on Saturday from 9:30-11:30 A.M. at Rudd Funeral Home- Tremonton (111 N 100 E- Tremonton). Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed and can be accessed below.
