Cheryl Anderson

Cheryl Rose Costello Anderson passed away peacefully in her home in Cottonwood Heights, Utah on July 14, 2017.  She was born on March 14, 1952 in Powell, Wyoming. She was a longtime resident of Kemmerer, Wyoming, Cheryl touched many lives and families throughout Lincoln County in her role as a Social Worker with the Wyoming Dept. of Family Services. Cheryl will always be remembered for her caring and compassion for the children and families she worked with. She treated people with respect and dignity and always with their best interest at heart.

Cheryl married Larry Anderson, of LaBarge, Wyoming and they raised two sons, Christopher and Brady Anderson. She enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, home decorating, and spending time with the many pets and animals that brought so much joy to the Anderson home.

Cheryl is survived by her two sons, Christopher of Cottonwood Heights, UT and Brady (Nayara) of Decatur, TX; her sister, Charmaine Costello of Cottonwood Heights; her brother-in-law, John Christensen of Riverdale, UT, her aunt, Vi Jerin of Davenport, IA; nephew, Jared (Terri) Christensen; niece, Erin (Shaun) Christensen Fowers; four grandnieces, Jessie, Jamie, Lindsey, Aubree; one grandnephew, Ryan; and two great grand nephews.

Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents, Richard & Victoria Costello; sister, Diane Costello Christensen; and husband Lawrence “Larry” Anderson.

Funeral services for Cheryl will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Noon. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 10:30- 11:30 A.M. All services will be held at the Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N. 100 E., Tremonton, UT 84337). Interment in the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery.
