Connie Jo Williams Knudsen, aged 52, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2026, at her home in Fielding, Utah. Born on January 30, 1974, in Salt Lake City, Utah, she was the beloved daughter of Linda and the late Robert Williams.
Connie married Darren Joseph Knudsen on April 8, 2000, at the St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Taylorsville, Utah. Together they built a loving family, raising their two sons, Logan and Grissom, and their cherished fur baby, Tank.
Throughout her life, Connie lived in many places, including West Jordan, Utah; Murray, Utah; Auburn, Washington; Deweyville, Utah, and Garland, Utah before settling in Fielding, Utah. A graduate of West Jordan High School, she pursued a career as a leasing agent at various companies in Utah and Washington and was also the proud owner of Sweet Sheets Linen Spray.
Connie was a devoted and creative soul, known for her passion for crafting and decorating, especially during the holidays. She was an enthusiastic supporter of her sons' sports endeavors, earning the affectionate nickname "Connie Cowbell" from her love for football. Nature was her solace, particularly in Yellowstone National Park, and she had a penchant for finding deals at her favorite stores including Hobby Lobby & Smith's Marketplace.
She leaves behind her husband Darren, her sons Logan and Grissom, her mother Linda, brothers Wayne (Sara) and Jason, and a large extended family. She was preceded in death by her father Robert, grandparents Gwen, Warren, Frank, and Irma, and in-laws Joe and Karen.
A Celebration of Life will take place on July 11, 2026, from 5-8 P.M. at The Red Barn in Riverside, Utah (15445 N 5325 W- Riverside, Utah). Her ashes will be lovingly spread in multiple locations.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the Fielding EMTs, Box Elder County Sheriff Department, Rudd Funeral Home, and the community for their support during this difficult time.
