Jo Ann Christensen Johnson

Jo Ann Johnson passed away on February 12, 2023, at age 75, in Logan, Utah. She was born January 8, 1948 in Tremonton, Utah to Evan Christensen and Bonnie Belle Jones Christensen. She married John Johnson on March 5, 1977 in Tremonton, Utah.

She lived in Salt Lake City, Utah; Raft River, Idaho; and Tremonton, Utah. She attended Bear River High School and the University of Utah.

She served in the United States Airforce from 1968-1972 and was a scrub tech at Travis Airforce Base.

Jo worked at Primary Children’s Hospital, as a scrub tech. She worked as an inspector for Thiokol and then worked at McKay Dee Hospital and Logan Regional Hospital in lab services.

She loved animals of all kinds.

She is survived by her husband, John Johnson; siblings, Claude Christensen (Sandy), Tamera Myers (Bill), Cordell Christensen (Cris), LaNette Drysdale (Rick), and Kayla McCombs (Chris).

She is preceded in death by her parents Evan and Bonnie Christensen.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 11 A.M. with a viewing held prior from 9-10:30 A.M. All services will be held at the Thatcher LDS Church (11475 W 10400 N- Thatcher). Interment in the Valley View Bothwell, Utah Cemetery.
