A funeral service to Honor the Life of Juventino Tapia Hernandez, husband of Suzette Elaine Barnes Hernandez, (January 25, 1947 - September 9, 2017) will be held at the Beaver Dam LDS Church (16025 N. Beaver Dam Rd.) on Thursday, September 14th at 11:00 a.m.
A viewing will be held at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N. 100 E. Tremonton, Utah) on Wednesday, September 13th from 6-8 p.m. and at the church prior to the funeral service on Thursday, from 9:30- 10:30 a.m.
