Levi Howard

Levi Howard, born on October 30, 2025, passed away unexpectedly on March 25, 2026.

Levi brought joy to all who knew him with his beautiful blue eyes and radiant smile. He was full of energy and happiness, and expressed this with his happy kicks and wiggles. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and loved his little toy elephant. Levi was a curious and attentive little soul, always turning toward voices in the room, especially those of his beloved parents, Jayden Mendez and Izik Howard, whom he found endlessly amusing. Above all, Levi loved his family especially his sister, Jazlyn Howard. He truly was a treasured blessing to all his loved ones.

Levi is lovingly remembered by his parents Jayden Mendez and Izik Howard; sister Jazlyn; grandparents Rafael Mendez (Maria), Krista Kendrick, and Daniel Howard; great-grandparents Irma Mendez, Jesus Mendez, Kimee Carr, Sheila Empey, and Martin Howard (Mary); great-great-grandmother Carol Empey; as well as numerous aunts and uncles including Mariah, Angel, Jaquelynn, Jonathan, Romeo (Mendez), Roman, Ezra, and Nevaeh.

He is preceded in death by Jean and Arthur Carr (mema and papa), John A. Empey (great-grandfather), John J. Empey (great uncle), Ofelia Placentilla, Rafaela Mendez, Liborio Mendez, and Grandma Dee.

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, from 5:00 to 6:00 P.M., followed by a service at 6:00 P.M. All services will take place at Rudd Funeral Home- Tremonton (111 N 100 E, Tremonton).

Levi’s life was brief but was filled with love and joy. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
