Mary Beth Pollock

Mary Beth Baird Pollock left us suddenly on November 30, 2018 from a stroke. Mary Beth was born on August 4, 1943 in Murray, Utah to Don J. Baird and Beth Wallace. She was raised in Brigham City, Utah. She worked for Jack B. Parsons Co. for 35 years where she retired in 2005. She was a great mother, grandmother, wife, and friend. She married Kevin Pollock on March 7, 1998 where they joined their families together. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, crafts, traveling, and hunting with her best friend Kevin. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings.

She is survived by husband, Kevin Pollock; children, M. Kenneth (Dorothy) Burbank, Kimberly (Michael) Gallegos, Justin K. (Shandi) Pollock, Kurtis (Chelsey) Pollock, Jared W. Pollock, 10 grandchildren; one great grandchild with one on the way; sister, Margaret (Mike) Tomany; brothers, D. Wally (Susie) Baird, J Michael (LeeAnn) Baird, and Colleen Baird.

Mary Beth was preceded in death by parents, Don J. Baird, Beth Wallace & Lowell Sherratt, and brother, Floyd “Dee” Baird.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening, December 4, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing held prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 a.m. All services will be held at the Belmont 2nd Ward Chapel (16925 North 5200 West, Riverside, UT). Interment in the Riverside Cemetery.
