Myrna Loy Miller Rogers Estep

Myrna Loy Miller Rogers Estep, age 89, returned to her Heavenly home peacefully on January 7, 2024.

She was born June 27, 1934, to parents Ross and Jessie Miller. She was married to LaMont Rogers in the Logan LDS Temple , October 18, 1951. Later she married Doug Estep. They both preceded her in death.

Myrna Loy was a devoted mother, wife, and grandma to all who knew her. She was famous for her taco dinners and going on a good ride with a fountain Coke.

She attended Bear River High School. She was employed at Contel Telephone company and Nucor Steel. She owned her own fashion boutique “Foxy Fashions.”

She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings. She was a member of the Tremonton Women’s Civic club. She was a member of Reese’s Bowling team. She loved working in her garden. Decorating was her knack.

Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. She is survived by her children Becky (Jeff) Reese, Tremonton, Mitch (Toni) Rogers, Riverside, and Tami Haire, South Carolina. She leaves behind 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, brothers Boyd Miller, Gary Miller, and sisters Darlene Johnsen and Norma Miller, her son-in-law Dennis Haire, and grandson Krys Bowcutt, and her stepson Troy Estep.

The family would especially like to thank Our House. She was loved and cared, and comforted by many special angels.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Noon with a viewing held prior from 10-11:45 A.M. All services will be held at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N 100 E, Tremonton). Interment in the Hyrum Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed and may be accessed below.
