Randy Keith Johnsen, 58, passed away in his sleep September 30, 2008, in his home in Tremonton, Utah. He was born September 15, 1950 to Deo Christensen, and the late Melvin Keith Johnsen. Randy was raised in Bear River City. He graduated from Box Elder High School with the class of 1968. Where he had many friends. He served honorably in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. On November 3, 1972, He married Sheryl Eliane Nelson, and later divorced. On March 24, 1978, he married Raleen S Josephson, and was later sealed in the Logan Temple on September 21, 1995. He worked for several of the dairies in the valley and then later for Thiokol. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Where he served in various callings. He enjoyed watching sports, rodeo’s, vacations to Yellowstone with the Family to watch bears, and teasing the grand-kids. He is survived by his wife, mother, and children: Natasha “Toni” (Clayton) Nelson, Adam Troy (Joani) Johnsen, Maliece J. Josephson, Seretta Jacoy Johnsen, 3 brothers Dane Alden (Ilene”Hazel”) Johnsen, Mark Duval Johnsen, Todd Clay (Wendy) Johnsen, 10 grandchildren, and numerous Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Melvin Keith Johnsen. Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 6, 2008 at 1:00 pm in the LDS Fairview 1st Ward Chapel, 166 N. Tremont St. Tremonton, Utah. A viewing will be held on October 5, 2008 at Rudd Funeral Home 1234 S. Main Garland, Utah from 6-8 pm and October 6, 2008 at Rudd Funeral Home from 10:30-12:00. Interment will be held in the Bear River Cemetery after the services, where Military Honors will be accorded.
