Rylee Tyler Green

“When Rylee would walk into my room at school, his smile would simply illuminate all around him. He was a tender, sensitive young man.”

“I absolutely loved having Rylee in my class. He was always joking and so kind to everyone. He always pushed himself to be the best.”

“Rylee was so sweet and innocent inside. He never wronged anyone. He lived a simple life. He just wanted to feel loved and when someone gave him time, it just made him feel so good.”

These are just a few of the personal expressions of love we have received for our boy Rylee.

Rylee Tyler Green passed away July 18, 2023 in Tremonton, Utah. He was the son of Tyler J Green and Misty Long Bosserman.

Rylee had many interests and was good at many things. He loved guns and shooting. He loved to hunt and golf.

He was a naturally talented athlete.  He was the most accomplished at wrestling.  He loved the atmosphere of wrestling. He knew his teammates, his opponents and he had a great relationships with his coaches. Rylee thrived under the challenge of each match. Rylee was willing to pay the price to be a good wrestler and that is why he excelled.

Above all, fishing was his passion and he came by it naturally. Fishing created a life long bonding experience between Rylee and his dad. Tyler and Rylee worked together delivering furniture when they lived in Montana. The end of the work day would find them stopping at their favorite fishing holes whether it be a five miles or fifty miles out of their way. Rylee and Tyler spent a lot of time together during these last years. They really were the perfect team. They worked and relaxed together, they pushed, motivated and encouraged each other. And in the end they were there for each other.

Just over a year ago Rylee’s dad passed away. The months since Tyler’s death have been hard for Rylee. He was working to find structure, meaning and purpose for his life. Yet, even with his struggles Rylee loved life. He had set new goals and was working hard to achieve them.

Despite his efforts, addiction and a broken heart ultimately took his life.

Even though our hearts are broken and we miss him terribly, we know that Rylee is now in a place free of pain. The piece of his heart that has been missing since his father’s death is now healed and his wonderful smile & laugh rings strong, true and free.

Rylee is survived by his mom Misty Long Bosserman, sisters Trystan (Jake) Broadbent, Brooklyn Bishop, Ilynd Bosserman, Trezure Bosserman, niece Skye Bosserman, nephew Tytan Broadbent, grandparents Shelley & Mike Olsen, Brad & Deb Long, Paulette Wise, Donetta Green & Glenn & Wendy Bosserman. Several Aunts, Uncles, cousins and countless friends.

He was preceded in death by his dad Tyler J Green, Grandfather Jeff Green, Grandfather Kim Larson, Grandfather Kelly Wise, Step-Father Robbie Bosserman.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Noon. Viewings will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 from 6-8 P.M. and prior to the funeral from 10:30-11:30 A.M. All services will be held at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N 100 E- Tremonton). Interment in the East Garland Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed and may be accessed below.
